Biography
Jaityn Winchell serves as the Internship and Workforce Coordinator at Fort Lewis College and is a member of the CCDA Board's Events Team. In this role, Jaityn helps students secure meaningful internships while developing the career readiness skills needed for long-term success. Jaityn also coordinates the Presidential Springboard Fellowship, supporting a cohort of 20 selected seniors as they build social capital and strengthen their skills in networking, leadership, public speaking, and financial literacy during their final year of college.
