Biography
I am a licensed psychologist with expertise in career and leadership development. As a coach, I am passionate about helping people navigate their unique pathways to achieving meaningful and rewarding careers and advancement into leadership roles. I find it gratifying to help people accelerate their journey into leadership by helping them develop skills critical to their career progression.
My strengths as a coach draw directly from my background in education, research, and senior leadership. I have held senior leadership positions in higher education and leadership positions in national professional organizations. My service on committees devoted to promoting and sustaining diversity, equity, and inclusion informs a contextualized understanding of work environments.
I have over 20 years of experience teaching and conducting research related to career and leadership growth and development. In addition to being a published author in these fields, I have presented nationally and internationally on various career topics, such as work-life integration, as well as women’s careers, and women’s leadership.
