Biography
Haley Harbaugh, EdD, SHRM-SCP (she/her), is a respected leader in the fields of adult learning, skills and talent development, bringing over 15 years of experience to her role as the Director of Learning and Education at Bloom Healthcare. Prior to joining Bloom, Haley provided her expertise to various organizations including DaVita Inc, US Renal Care, and Fresenius Medical Care, contributing to significant improvements in adult education and talent development across multiple departments.
Haley is also the founder of Cowrie Talent Solutions LLC, a career consultancy firm dedicated to developing talent. She is also the architect of the PEAK10 durable skills assessment, a tool that identifies the skills for the future of work.
Finally, she is a mentor and coach for Johns Hopkins University, University of Colorado Boulder LEEDS School of Business, and University of Denver.
