Elle O’Flaherty, JD, PCC, ACCG, CCSP, CPRW

Elle O’Flaherty is a performance optimization speaker and coach. She founded Interlace Solutions, an executive and career coaching firm with a specialization in ADHD coaching. Elle’s work on performance and ADHD has been published in
national and international media outlets. Her groundbreaking course certifying career development professionals to work with ADHD clients has been lauded by participants and counseling educators.

Elle was a litigator and trade negotiator for nearly two decades. She holds a J.D. from the College of William & Mary. She is also a subject matter expert in international agricultural trade, which doesn’t come up much. Elle lives in Washington, DC.
