Kathryn Metzger is a Graduate Programs Manager at Colorado State University and the owner and Career Coach behind Discovery Career Planning. She is passionate about helping people discover their potential, find purpose, and achieve meaningful success. Kathryn holds a Master of Education with a concentration in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Louisville, and earned her Career Coach Certification from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches in 2023. Her career spans event and travel planning, higher education, and career coaching. Whether she's guiding students through academic milestones or helping professionals navigate career transitions, Kathryn is dedicated to supporting personal, professional, and academic development. In her free time, she likes to hike, travel, and explore Fort Collins with her husband, son, and dog.
