Biography
Rebecca Rowlison is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and Certified Career Counselor at Root and Rise Collective in Fort Collins, Colorado. She works with individuals navigating career transitions, questions of purpose, identity, and direction, helping clients explore the stories and experiences that shape how they understand themselves and their future.
Rebecca holds two master’s degrees, MS College Student Development from Kansas State University and an MA Counseling and Career Development from Colorado State University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emporia State University. Prior to entering private practice, Rebecca spent nearly a decade in higher education, supporting students through personal, academic, and career development.
Rebecca believes that career exploration is deeply connected to our broader life narratives. She uses a collaborative approach informed by narrative therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients reflect on their experiences, build awareness, develop practical skills, and move toward lives and careers that feel meaningful and aligned.
