Biography
Cydney Hughes is the Founder and CEO of the Colorado Career Academy. In this role, she provides individual career coaching to working moms seeking a career that aligns with their current life phase. Cydney also collaborates with teams and organizations to drive team dynamics, build their emotional intelligence skills and understand personality traits.
Before founding the Colorado Career Academy, Cydney spent 10 years working in Higher Education, where she found her niche in Career Services. Her greatest fulfillment comes from helping individuals harness their unique abilities and choose careers that align with their true selves.
