How I Work With Clients

I am a Certified Career Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling. I have a passion for working with people to identify and reach their own career and life goals. I have extensive experience using vocational assessments to gain invaluable information to serve as the jumping off point as I work with clients to design and pursue a work life they highly value!

I use both established career theories and modern ideas (e.g., chaos theory), combined with my background as a psychotherapist to identify root causes of career indecision or lack of clarity, and work with clients to untangle confusion and develop specific career goals and attainable plans.

Discovering how you are "wired" and using that information to shape your career choices can be a foundation to mental wellness. Your work life can give you greater satisfaction than simply punching the clock. You spend 1/3 of your life at work (and another 1/3 sleeping). You can enjoy what you do for work. Biography

I am a Certified Career Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling. I specialize in Career Testing and Data-Assisted Career Coaching. I have extensive experience using vocational assessments to gain invaluable, data-driven information.

I am also a Colorado Native, a graduate of Colorado State University and the University of Northern Colorado, and a mom of two! I enjoy hiking, camping and kayaking and all the other wonderful outdoor activities our beautiful state offers!
