Biography
Hello CCDA! I'm very excited to join the CCDA board as the event's team registration chair! Before transitioning into higher education, I worked as a K-12 teacher primarily working with language learners in middle school. After earning a Master's degree in Counseling with an emphasis on higher education student affairs, I decided to focus my education background on career counseling. I am now a Career Counseling Specialist at MSU Denver, working on developing career readiness skills to all students. My goal is to help students create a meaningful career path and have the skills to make pivots and changes when needed. I use she/her pronouns. Outside of work, I'm usually outside with my family hiking, swimming, or doing yardwork.
